House a Music Student

Program Information

Thank you for your interest in renting to Aspen Music Festival and School students! Every year, a number of students live in "off-campus housing" which means they seek available units and rooms in the Roaring Fork Valley.

Students will be in Aspen for the following dates:
Full Session:   Wednesday, June 24–Sunday, August 23, 2026
Half Session I:   Wednesday, June 24–Sunday, July 26, 2026
Half Session II:   Monday, July 27–Sunday, August 23, 2026

Housing Options

Host: Each year, many generous community members provide housing (can be a unit, single room, or shared room in a home) free of charge for AMFS students in need. These students could not afford to attend the AMFS without the generosity of donors. We will work with you to select a mature and responsible student. In return, we offer free tickets and invitations to private events.
Rent: We will post your rental listing for our students to view. Students will contact you directly to arrange rental terms.
