Join us for a guitar-filled summer!

What:
The Aspen Music Festival and School (AMFS) Guitar Ensemble is coming to Carbondale Library for the third year! This summer offering will provide young guitarists with the opportunity to learn new techniques, styles, genres, and share their music through community performances. The Guitar Ensemble is an extension of the already established AMFS Passes and Lesson Scholarship (P.A.L.S.) program. Leading the ensemble this summer will be Mateo Sandate, an AMFS Teaching Artist & Lead Guitar Instructor.

Who:
- For students with at least 1 year of experience on their instrument and can read music

Dates and Times:
Wednesdays, starting July 8 - July 29, 2026 | 5 - 6:30pm
- Rehearsals will be on Wednesday, July 8, 15, 22 (patio), and 29

Community Performance:
Carbondale Library: Wednesday, July 29 directly after rehearsal | 6:30 - 7:30pm

Location:
Carbondale Library - The Calloway Room

Tuition:

$75 for each participant
Tuition included if enrolled in the P.A.L.S. program.
